Venue / Dates:

Practice rounds:

  • Each player can play ONE round for free prior to the tournament.
  • Booking through Golfbox or by contacting the club direct. Tee times CANNOT be book through the ECCO Tour

Practical info:

  • Tournament Director is Brian Vester, Chief Referee is Ole Juul
  • Teetmes will be from 09:00 from hole 1 and 10 both days.
  • Estimated fininshing time on the final day is15:00
  • Trolleys: Very limited number is for rent at the golf club – please bring your own if possible
  • Yardage Book: The club has a book that can be picked up for free
  • Breakfast / Lunch: The club restaurant will open at 08:00 each day

Entry requirements:

  • Any player who wants to enter the Qualifying School must do so online prior to the entry deadline Sunday September 28th at 12:00
  • The handicap limit is 3,4

Entry fee:

  • The entry fee is €300 and includes eventual participation in the final stage

Fields and format

  • A player is free to choose in which country he want to play the first stage,
  • A player is only allowed to participate in one (1) first stage venue.
  • A maximum total of 78 players will qualify for the final stage. The number of players qualifying from each first stage venue will depend on the number of entrants och each venue and will be announced before the start of the first round.

Categories 2026: (From the 1st. stage)

  • From the first stage (in Denmark)
  • All players that are participating in the Danish Q-school will receive category 14 followed by their final position.
  • Category 14 applies on ECCO Tour tournaments throughout the whole season of 2026.

Number of spots to final stage

  • A maximum total of 78 players will qualify to the final stage.

Ties:

  • In the event of a tie for the final stage spot(s), a hole-by-hole play-off will be played to determine the final positions.
  • If a player who is qualified for the final stage chooses not to play, that spot is not available for any player outside those who are qualified.

Prize money:

  • There is no prize money in the qualifying school

Final stage:

  • The final stage will be held in Sweden 7-8 October played at Ljunghusens Golfklubb.

Eligibility:

  • Except from the general eligibility the following players are allowed to participate in the final stage: •
  • Players that are no. 76-100 on Golfbox Road to Europe as of September.​
  • Players who qualified from the first stage (a maximum of 78 players)

Entry requirements:

  • Players that have qualified from the first stage do not have to make an entry for the final stage.
  • Players that are exempt from stage 1 via Nordic Golf League Ranking must enter by contacting the tournament office at the final stage venue no later than 30th. September.

Entry fee:

  • Players qualified from the first stage do not have to pay an additional entry fee.
  • For players that were exempt from the first stage the entry fee is € 300.

Format:

  • The final stage will be played in Sweden (18+18 holes) with no cut.

Categories 2026

  • Cat 007-XXX – Position 1-25 from the Final Stage
  • Cat 009-XXX – Position 26-50 from the Final Stage
  • Cat 012-XXX – Position 51 to last player from the Final Stage

Ties:

  • Ties within a category will be differentiated according to the mathematical method (scorecard count-back)
